Here’s the story about my name: Seraina is a Rhaeto-Romanic name; hence I’m Swiss. Sounds complicated? Call me Silja! I go by my second name when abroad anyway.
During the past ten years, I switched from heavily visual to more written and spoken content, turned from very external to more and more internal communications, and slowly shifted from being in the creative space to the tech world. The only red thread? The art of storytelling.
I never had a real job but initiated projects and ventures that sometimes became businesses, like my boutique agency focusing on social media and content production in 2014. Or WAY, a culture transformation practice I co-founded with Simon in 2018 to help corporates change from the inside out. And most recently, in 2021: Pager, the private podcast platform for teams and businesses so companies can share meaningful, authentic conversations in a safe place.
